An open-source, fully auditable data pipeline processing ~159M voter records and R$174B+ in federal earmarks across all 5,571 municipalities. Streams 2.3 GB of CSV from an 86 MB zip in pure Python (stdlib, zero dependencies) — every source pinned by URL + SHA-256 for reproducibility. Shipped as a fully static GitHub Pages site with an interactive Leaflet choropleth.
